Terms of Service

By accessing or using NourishWithMomina (the “Service”), operated by Momina Shehzadi (“Coach”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

NourishWithMomina provides personalised nutrition coaching, including meal plans based on South Asian / desi cuisine, weekly coaching check-ins, and a desi food scanning tool. The Service is delivered digitally via this website and WhatsApp.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical service, a clinical dietetics service, or a replacement for professional medical care. See the Medical Disclaimer in section 9.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to a paid tier. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you have parental consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Do not share your account with others.

4. Subscription & payment

Tiers

  • Self-guided (Free): Access to the assessment, food scanner (5 scans/day), and calculators. No payment required.
  • Coaching (PKR 4,500/month): Personalised 7-day meal plans, weekly check-ins, and WhatsApp support.
  • Premium (PKR 9,000/month): Everything in Coaching plus twice-weekly check-ins, priority WhatsApp, and photo-based meal scanning.

Pricing is indicative; the final amount is confirmed at checkout before any payment is processed. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

Payment methods

Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa and JazzCash (Pakistan), Wise (international). Payment is manual — you transfer the amount and upload proof of payment in the app. Your subscription is activated once payment is verified by the Coach.

Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of activation. A new payment must be submitted each month to continue the service. If payment is not received within 7 days of the renewal date, your plan will revert to the free tier.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with no lock-in period. To cancel, simply do not submit a payment for the next billing cycle, or contact the Coach on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. There are no cancellation fees. Free tier access is retained indefinitely.

6. Refunds

We offer a refund on the current month’s payment if you have not received your first meal plan within 5 business days of payment verification and you request a refund within that window. After a plan has been delivered, refunds are at the Coach’s discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact us on WhatsApp to request a refund.

7. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate health information in your assessment. Giving false information may result in an unsuitable plan and releases the Coach from liability for any resulting harm.
  • Use the Service only for your own personal nutrition coaching, not to resell or share plans with others.
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm others or the Coach.

8. Intellectual property

All meal plans, content, tools, and materials produced by the Coach are her intellectual property. You may use them for your personal health goals only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publish them without written permission.

9. Medical disclaimer

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition coaching is not medical care. Always consult your doctor before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a diagnosed medical condition (including but not limited to diabetes, prediabetes, PCOS, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, or any other condition), are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking prescription medication.

The Coach works alongside your medical team for clients with health conditions; she does not replace them. The Coach is not liable for any health outcome resulting from following or not following the plans provided.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Coach and NourishWithMomina are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the month the claim arose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in behaviour harmful to other users or the Coach. We will give notice where possible. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms here with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, active subscribers will be notified via the app or WhatsApp at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
